Drive new business by meeting homeowners and business owners across the RGV. You will inspect roofs, document storm and hail damage, and guide customers through the insurance claims process from first contact to signed contract.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods after storm events and generate leads
• Perform roof inspections and document damage with photos
• Present Texas Prime Homes services and pricing to homeowners
• Assist customers with insurance claim paperwork and adjuster meetings
• Maintain a pipeline in our CRM and follow up consistently
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors in South Texas weather
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Prior roofing, construction, or insurance sales experience preferred but not required

Lead day-to-day operations for Texas Prime Homes. You will oversee sales teams, production crews, and office staff — ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor sales reps, project managers, and office staff
• Oversee scheduling, material ordering, and crew deployment
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and vendor invoices
• Maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and key accounts
• Track KPIs: revenue, job completion rate, customer satisfaction
• Report directly to the owner with weekly performance updates

Requirements

• 3+ years management experience in roofing, construction, or restoration
• Proven track record of hitting revenue and operational targets
• Strong leadership — able to hold teams accountable with respect
• Experience with insurance claims and supplement negotiation a strong plus
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office

Be the voice and backbone of our office. You will handle inbound calls, coordinate between sales reps and production crews, manage customer files, and keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and qualify new customer inquiries
• Schedule inspections, adjuster meetings, and installation appointments
• Maintain customer records and update CRM with job status
• Prepare contracts, invoices, and insurance documentation
• Coordinate material deliveries and crew schedules with project managers
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in construction, roofing, or insurance office preferred

Own projects from permit to final walkthrough. You will coordinate crews, manage timelines, communicate with homeowners, and ensure every job meets Texas Prime Homes' quality standards.

• Manage multiple active roofing and restoration projects simultaneously
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections
• Conduct quality control checks at key project milestones
• Communicate daily updates to homeowners and the office team
• Document job progress with photos and written reports
• Handle punch-list items and ensure customer sign-off on completion

Requirements

• 2+ years project management in roofing or general construction
• Ability to read blueprints and scope of work documents
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Work directly with homeowners and insurance carriers to maximize claim settlements. You will be the expert guide who takes customers from damage documentation through final payment.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance policies and identify covered damages
• Prepare detailed damage estimates using Xactimate or similar software
• Attend adjuster meetings and advocate for full claim settlements
• Negotiate supplements with insurance carriers
• Track claim status and follow up until payment is received
• Educate customers on their rights and the claims process

Requirements

• Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, or similar estimating software
• Knowledge of insurance claims process and policy language
• Strong negotiation and written communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
• Public adjuster license or prior experience with a roofing contractor preferred

• Install and repair asphalt shingle, metal, and tile roofing systems
• Perform tear-off, decking repair, and underlayment installation
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on every job
• Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the project
• Assist with material loading, staging, and equipment setup

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in South Texas heat and on steep slopes
• Reliable transportation to job sites across the RGV
• Willingness to learn — prior roofing experience a plus but not required
• Team player with a strong work ethic
